My dad lived through WW2 in the Netherlands. He saw lots of Nazi soldiers but never even heard a gunshot, let alone a battle. Apparently, that proves that WW2 was a "mostly peaceful" war.

My uncle was in the Dutch military. He fought some "mostly peaceful" battles when the Nazis invaded. Lots of Nazis and Dutch soldiers were "peacefully" killed in those "mostly peaceful" battles. "Nothing to see here, folks".

@The_JohnnieWalker Aren't you funny. There were 2,332 military deaths and 7000 wounded in that invasion which lasted only one week. In total 17,000 of the Dutch military were killed in the entire war. Total civilian and military deaths were 301,000, which included 25,000 civilians that were starved to death. My mother was nearly one of those. An uncle spent the entire war in a POW camp. So, your joke doesn't really sit well with me and shouldn't with any decent human being.

@personreanimation Jack Murphy didn't break any laws that I'm aware of. He engaged in consensual, but weird, sex but that's his business. If there was no law broken, it's not as big a deal as you'd want it to be.

@themanwithnoname4385 That's for sure. They had declared neutrality and didn't expect to even fight. The invasion started with a German air squadron, heading to England to ostensibly bomb London, when they changed course and bombed Rotterdam instead. A complete surprise. The Dutch troops were outnumbered 3 to 1 and didn't have near the weaponry that the Germans did. They didn't stand a chance.

@thurin84 That's true. Unfortunately, our media thinks that burning, looting and putting people in hospitals is peaceful too. Gunfire is violence but only when it's the police or Conservatives doing it. When it's Antifa or "peaceful protesters" doing it, they're just exercising their right to assemble.

@johnfruechte3265 You nailed it. As soon as you use violence, it's no longer peaceful no matter what the media says. I can't understand why the media would do that unless they approve of what Antifa is doing. I realise that the media thrives on mayhem to sell advertising but this is just plain irresponsible.

@adolfolerito6744 I cannot help but agree with you. Even here in Canada we have to follow procedure. Almost everyone I talk to thinks that the American system, that the Democrats strongly support, is bizarre beyond belief. IDs are racist. Ballots sent to all through the mail...it's a recipe for corruption and the endless arguing over election results that we see now. I can't believe how foolish it all is.

People don't even know who these people are. They've not broken the law. They've just done some strange things and have weird ideas. Tim IS covering this stuff because there's been gunfire exchanged, homes and cars were torched and businesses were vandalised. I'd say that trumps the goofy talk, from Eliza and Murphy, any day.

@911WASanINSIDEjob420 Definitely is a POS but so are lots of people that I know. I don't spend my time talking about them. Unless they're breaking the law and seriously hurting people, there isn't much I CAN do but talk about them and that's just too close to gossip for my liking.

@911WASanINSIDEjob420 Everyone has their own pet cause that they think is a priority. Tim is calling out Antifa, who have shown themselves to exceptionally violent, as Andy Ngo could attest to. Babbling on about Murphy and Eliza may have its uses but it's pretty safe. Going after Antifa can invite violent reprisals and Tim has already had over 15 police swats at his home and studio. He's going after those who might retaliate with REAL violence, not someone who might just call him names and say mean things about him. So, I'll give him a pass on Eliza, who's nothing but a big mouth anyway. Sticks and stones......you know how it goes.

@polderrican Yeah, he's being a weird pervert but he's not attacking anyone. No one is in the hospital, fighting for their life or getting bones reset. The group called Antifa, got into a gunfight with police. An officer was shot and the police fired back, killing the Antifa shooter. Then Antifa called for the murder of police officers. They burnt down homes under construction, fire bombed cars, smashed windows and assaulted ordinary citizens. Do you know what I say? Jack Murphy.....molehill. Antifa......mountain. Don't try to turn Murphy into a mountain. He's weird but all this came into the news almost a year ago. The Atlanta stuff is happening right NOW. Don't make a mountain out of a molehill.

@mrmines2000 Maybe you can't bring the law to hold them accountable but those news stations should be grilled on their rhetoric at every possible opportunity. Make them face the truth and embarrass them for their support of violence by these criminals. They're lying by omission and gas-lighting the public and we should ALL be telling them how much we don't appreciate being lied to. We should warn them if they keep it up, we'll start boycotting their major advertisers and telling those companies why we're doing it. That's holding them accountable, as well.
