It's a tactic borrowed from Fascist China where social credit scores are the norm. DEI is illogical and I don't need anyone to tell me to be upset because I've lost my chance to apply for a job because of my skin colour or other immutable characteristics. It seems that Jim Crow still exists. Skin colour is everything. "No ------'s allowed" depending on what skin colour is needed to fill the vacancy.
