He is calling it out. He was quite clear that this is an appalling viewpoint and he gave all kinds of reasons why he thought so. He may not be as angry as you are but he doesn't support one word of what she said. Also, it's quite obvious that she didn't think this through. Why? I don't know. Maybe it's because she's so indoctrinated that she can't. Or maybe she's a raging racist herself. Maybe she just isn't bright enough to think things through to their logical conclusion. Whatever the case, she, quite literally, didn't follow the chain of thought to its logical conclusion. Her brain started and stopped on "Black". That's not what what I would call an intelligent thought process.
