  1. No Duncan. They used public funds to paint a flag that had a political message and represented a specific group and political party. It would be like painting the Republican Elephant on the road, using tax dollars. You'd be upset that public funds were used to favour a message that had political connotations......and you'd be correct. No political entity should use public funds as a way to support or demean a special interest group and that's what painting that pride flag was doing. That is an affront to public property.

For some reason, I thought that you were saying that driving on the Pride Flag was an affront to public property while vandalising private property wasn't as bad. I actually found a long-winded way of responding to a comment that I mis-read. At least we agree, now. LOL.
