@DaveDahuh The "hate the rich" argument again. The US is the 10th richest nation per capita in the world. 4 of the nations ahead of them are small, oil rich countries and the 5th, Norway gets it's high standard of living from oil as well. The US has more billionaires than all of Africa, South America and Southeast Asia and I'll bet you that you'd rather live in the US than any country in the areas that I mentioned. Do you know how I know that? Not ONE of those countries have huge issues with illegal immigrants. NOT ONE. Only the US has. Envy will destroy you. Quit worrying about how big someone else's pile of cash might be. Worry about your own pile and use it to your best ability. You can't control what others do but you do have a control over your own decisions.

Easliy Displeased I'm retired and I'm nowhere near rich but I did spend years putting together a little nest egg. Now, with this great economy, my investments have never been working this good. You don't even have to save huge amounts. Some of the simplest things can add up over the years, but you have to be diligent in the pursuit of your goals. These whiners are just that. Complainers that have never learned to solve the simplest of problems. Financial success is there for them but they're too lazy and envious to even begin to strive for it.
