@georgeliss4015 I HATE that when people tell me that I voted for Trudeau. I DIDN'T VOTE FOR TRUDEAU. In fact, Trudeau did NOT win a majority. He made a deal with the NDP and they threw their seats together to make a majority. It's called a minority government. That's our system of government here. If you don't understand how our politics work.....don't talk about it.

@davidbielski3484 Trudeau is going through hearings concerning his calling of the Emergencies Act. The Act calls for hearings to start within 6 months after the Act is called to see if they were warranted. Things aren't going well in the hearings but I doubt much will come of it. They'll resolve that it was wrong to call the Act, that Trudeau should be sanctioned and then they'll demand that the Act be reviewed and changed to prevent this kind of egregious response in the future.

@SquashGuy02134 What gets me is that I can't name ONE person that voted Liberal. NOT one. At least not one that will admit it. The problem is the same as it is in the US. Conservatives live in the rural areas. Liberals in the urban centres. The US is the same. Both of us have been plagued with a media that has caused voters, in the urban centres, to be absolutely TERRIFIED of conservatives. They call us Nazis, white supremacists, misogynists, homophobes, Islamophobes, transphobes....as if we're mentally ill or something. It's fear politics and the fearful, in the cities, are falling for it.

@fish509b So you think that your government should freeze your bank account because of your political views???? Really?? Wait till a government gets elected that you don't like and they decide that you have "unacceptable" views and then freeze your bank account because you've donated to the "wrong" cause. But that's different, isn't it. You couldn't POSSIBLY have "unacceptable" views because you're YOU. I'm no Nazi. My mother almost starved to death in WW2 Holland because of the Nazis. I'm NOT a misogynist. I sometimes think that women are a little nutty but they're the most wonderfully fascinating creatures on earth....after small children who always put a smile on my face. I believe in freedom of religion and I'm NOT religious. I've never been afraid of gay people or Muslims or transgender individuals and don't hold anything against them. I believe in hard work, making your own way, being fully honest, try to keep excuses to a minimum and would never support an idea because it's popular or it's what my "team" supports. Most of all, I believe every human has the right to believe as they will and have the freedom to express it...even YOU. I want every person to be their own team...a team of one. I think that we should all show others the courtesy to listen to what they have to say and then honestly evaluate it without input from those who would tell you what to think, do or say. If you really think that sucks, I feel sorry for you.
