  1.  Mark Armstrong  Do you know the legal definition of "but"? Do you know the legal definition of "do"? Do you know the legal definition of "you"? Do you know the legal definition of "know"? Do you know the legal definition of "the"? Do you know the legal definition of "LEGAL"? You'd have to legally define every word of your question because we have to know the specifics of the question to be sure that it was put forth clearly and succinctly. When you have to have legal definitions for the simplest of words, like "dog", you're bogging down the legal system to one of total inaction. It's childish and insane.

  2.  Mark Armstrong  Personal attacks now. Can't make a point on the conversation so insinuate that I'm incoherent due to my need for psychiatric medications. Not much of an argument. No better than the "I'm not a biologist" defence in not being to answer a simple question that any ten year old could've answered 20 years ago. It's not that she couldn't answer. She didn't want to and resorted to "science" as her weak defence. Then you try to rationalise her sidestep by hiding behind some legal gobbledegook. So....what is it? Does she have to be a biologist or a lawyer? Or does she only need a little common sense?

This is a conversation about Justice nominee, Jackson, who claimed that she couldn't answer a simple question because she lacked the scientific background to give an answer. An answer that a ten year old could have answered 20 years ago before it became so politically and ideologically charged. That's not an attack. It's a simple statement of fact. I don't care what Lindsey Graham said. Graham doesn't tell me how or what to think. Also, I'm not about to go through the body of Young's work and try to decipher the relevance to this topic. If there is relevance and you happen to see it, just tell me. You seem to feel obligated to make personal attacks but not to discuss your own reasons for what you seem to believe.
