  5.  @darwinhaditbackward5899  I've not read Bell but I know who he is. His roots are in Marxism although his ideas have evolved past that. I know that the term "Critical Race Theory" was suggested by Kimberle Crenshaw, at a Marxist or Communist meeting, held in an old nunnery in Madison Wisconsin. Derrick Bell was in attendance as well as other radical socialist luminaries. I HAVE read Paulo Freire, a Marxist educator from Brazil, who's influence has taught how to teach students using his educational methods which he called Critical Consciousness. They use his methods, not to teach about CRT and the other Critical Theories, but to teach with those ideas embedded in the lessons. I do know that. I also know that CRT is just a reworking of Marxism. Instead of revolution where the working classes seize the means of production, they're using race to pit one group against another. It's an updated call to revolution....that's all it is.
