  1. His mouth does cause him trouble but it's in his delivery not in substance. He's using a prepared script because he wants to be accurate in his quotes. When he speaks for himself, he doesn't use a script. When he's quoting he goes to the script so he gets it right. He does it in this video. He reads the quotes and then he looks up and adds his own take which isn't in the script. Watch the entire video. He really doesn't care if someone takes umbrage to his off the cuff remarks. According to the gag order, he shouldn't even be commenting from a script. He could go to jail for that but he won't. He has every right to defend himself, in court and in public and the judge knows it. Everyone does.....including YOU.
