@-Monad- "everyone should "be educated to a degree commensurate with their intelligence" The word "should" is the key here. "Should" implies that it always isn't possible or reality. One may be intelligent but due to economic realities, they don't get the education that would allow that intelligent to be brought to its full potential. It's NOT that they're smarter. They were able to to challenge that intelligence to its fullest potential due to the availability of information and how to use it. Without intelligence, that education would be lost on the student. The intelligence is already there to be developed into specific areas of learning.
