@maggiesmama757 I don't think using the word "snaps" is overly egregious. DeSantis interrupted him with a "Whoa, whoa, whoa" and a look mixed with disdain and frustration. In spite of it being rather ill-mannered and that it breached protocol.......he did the right thing by setting that race baiter straight. That reporter was only trying to cause trouble and division where there wasn't any.

@coryburns4309 There's so many questions that this reporter could have asked, in face of state emergency. Questions that might even help his audience prepare for the hurricane. Instead, he quoted someone who said something about racism, which helps no one with the emergency and may even cause harm for some. Basically, he was rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

@PreemptiveCounterStrike There's a hurricane coming. Don't you think that the reporter should be asking questions so he could inform his audience of what measures to take to keep them safe? How is asking a question about "racism" going to help anyone who's biggest concern is this category 4 hurricane. You worry about that question AFTER the hurricane and hopefully everyone is safe....you know....no loss of life. That reporter's job is to inform the public so everyone DOES come out alive and NOT to stir up trouble in the face of a life threatening emergency. This reporter is "rearranging deckchairs on the Titanic." so to speak.
