Now, they should do the right thing and the equitable thing and give the job to Roland Fryer. He fits the right boxes and he actually deserves the job, and for more than his brilliant work in education for minorities, but for challenging the status quo, using academic rigour as it should be used. If they would do this, maybe Harvard can win back its status as a top university. The irony would be so sweet as well.
