@daemenoth No....they've been elected to be a part of the government. If they don't have the requisite information, how can they hold the ruling government accountable. All they're seeing is black ink. As an elected official, you can't say much about that redacted ink except complain about its existence. One court appointee isn't much of safeguard, especially if that appointee has been corrupted. I could understand the redaction of names or identifying marks but how could you know if only one, supposedly incorruptible official, is allowed to see it. At least allow one person, from each party, that has a house member, appointed by the party, to have access to those complete documents.
