Sargent Scholz (Schultz - Hogan's Heros) - He is kind of buddies with Putin and wants this to be over so victorious Russia can send cheap oil to Germany. Germany is not sending aid as promised or at least not until year-end when it does not matter (e.g. missile defense systems). German could send 30% of the arms and still be fine under the US/Nato umbrella. The good people of Germany are I think upset about Scholz's deliberate procrastination. After all the US did for Germany to eliminate the Evil one from power in the 1940s and rebuild Germany and maintain a massive military base in Germany which is basically a perpetual aid package, the German government has a chance to prove they are not friends with the new evil one in Moscow. The German people are good. Scholz seems to be under a spell and will not really help Ukraine as he could. He could change the tide of this from Darkness to Light.
