It seems both sides of US politics, but the GOP fringe more so, think in the zero sum mentality of Putin and his kleptocrats, i.e. "if it's good for you it must be bad for me", so if the MAGA-GOP-far-righters faction think Ukraine is good for the Dems, it must be bad for them. So they go with the the opposite out of childish petulance and vice versa with the quasi-marxist-identity-obsessed Dem far-lefters. Total clown show on both sides of the isle.🤡
