What Marika says about Bidzina Ivanishvili controlling the government, I think it might even been her, in a twitter space a while ago run by the "National Security Media" account, that stated (paraphrasing) - "Georgia has one oligarch, Ivanishvili..." contrasting with Russia's Kleptocrats and even Ukraine that have more than one! This is the real eye-opener with Georgia.
