  1. Decent conversation, at the 7:20 mark the host mentions how the west is scared off by "Putin's wrath" but that wrath is perpetrated on us here in Ukraine. The people in the west don't suffer this "wrath". Exactly, So this brings to my point. one of guests, I won't mention which one, were talking about the loss of Pokrovsk, vs the Kursk operation. What really pissed me off, is they kept saying how "Pokrovsk doesn't matter strategically". Well, Pokrovsk matters to me and the 65,000 other people who have a home there. Again, it's easy for them to comment like that because...they don't live in Ukraine and have a home here that they might lose, but they are ostensibly on our side. But still the same ignorance similar to the western allies fear of the "wrath" that we suffer here. The western allies aren't suffering the "wrath" and one of these guests who was talking about how "Pokrovsk doesn't matter" isn't suffering the loss of a home! I am not even Ukrainian, my wife is and I bought that flat in Pokrovsk to replace the one she lost in Makiivka, in the so-called DNR in 2014. Pokrovsk matters to me, it was my home town for 8 of the ten years I'be been in Ukraine.

  2.  @Mopsisgone  Indeed, as you probably know, the name of city comes from the word "Pokrov" which means "The protection of the Mother of God", so let's hope Mother Mary puts her veil of protection over the city, and the Ukrainian Army pulls off a boss move to save the city!
