A heads up Mr Cappy, "Malyuk" is Ukrainian for any small child, but it can be masculine in certain grammatical uses, but mostly it's a general term for any small kid - unlike the Russian "Malchik" which means a little boy only! The Urkainian word for just a little boy specifically is "Khlopchik"! 🙃
