Hi Professor, just a correction, Jugoslavia was never part of the Soviet bloc. Tito split with Stalin in 1948 and nominally maintained an anti-Soviet stance untill his death in 1980. Jugoslavia was a founding member and part of what was called back then the "non aligned nations". I am about the same age as you so you should remember the aforementioned after this reminder. My ancestry is former Jugoslavia (Father Bosnian, Mother Serbian). I have lived in Ukraine for the past decade and am a Donbas IDP in West Ukraine since last year. from Wikipedia - Tito-Stalin split "The Tito–Stalin split[a] or the Soviet–Yugoslav split[b] was the culmination of a conflict between the political leaderships of Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union, under Josip Broz Tito and Joseph Stalin, respectively, in the years following World War II."

@jessehachey2732 IDP = Internally Displaced Person, my wife and I haven't been home in over a year, our home town is very close to the front but remains occupation free, we do hope to go home one day.
