Remember to not just ask but demand aspiration. Taking the booster will help but there are known side affects. Your doing your duty so the nurse should do hers.

@flexairz I agree. I’m vaccinated but choose not to booster. I feel since Omicron it’s mild, I can skip it. My AZ was more fever like than omicron looks to me

@james6401 I live in Australia and the government has bought 120 million doses of vaccine. I don’t know if that includes the 50 Million novavax. Just imagine now if omicron becomes the immunity and vaccines are no longer required. The government wants us to vax so the money spent doesn’t go into the rubbish bin

@Tom depends on your age. Before I knew how ineffective vaccine was, (I’m vaccinated ) I thought taking it stopped me from spreading to the elderly so they won’t die. But I’m just as likely to spread covid either way. I’m young, so I don’t need a booster shots for a mild virus.

@Tom no says the man who sees 10,000-20,000 covid cases a day in England. Mostly are fully vaccinated

@PaulusAlone Aspiration stops it from getting it into veins. May people have had serious health issues from DVT and myocarditis. Dr John main arguments are for aspiring the needle

@macraghnaill3553 Australia has ordered that many for future booster shots. I don’t think they will arrive until needed. My rubbish bin comment was more a for comedic response

@Tom Hopefully you have watched Johns videos on aspiring the needle. It’s pretty simple. Draw back and if no blood, the plunger goes forward. It’s Russian roulette if aspiring is not done.

I don’t think it’s that important really . NSW, omicron has displaced Delta and the rest of Australia will follow.
