it is normal for chinese people to have this kind of thinking since CN have a large population and strong economy which benefit entrepreneurs. if your country's economy is weak and population are low then being a boss is not so fun and easy anymore. if being a boss is easier than being an employee then there should be more bosses than employees in the corporate world. there are very less successful capable bosses that are as carefree as you watch in the movies, those carefree successful young men are mostly inherit their wealth from their parents. men don't have the luxury to dream like women do as they can find a wealthy man to marry later so keep working guys.
