if you spend 100 on woman, you'll get scolded for being cheap. if you spend the same 100 on your male friend, he will say you're his true brother. this is the value difference of the same amount that you've spent. i agree that buying a house is stupid in CN. good for her that she know her math so the bank can't scam her but still majority of women still requesting a house from their man for them to get married.
