these modern women need to refer back to the iceland's women strike incident to know why they're unimportant and for them to realize their high-paying comfortable office jobs are undeserving. if women really disappear from the corporate world, the society would run even smoother and better instead. the company will only fire someone who no longer worth their pay but these modern women with victim mindsets are funny to think that they got fired because they're women or their age. as an employer myself i can tell you all that hiring women as an employee is a headache since they bring their emotion to work. you'll sometimes even doubt that she is the boss or you because you can't even talk straightforwardly and need to take care of their "feelings" during working period which is troublesome and she is not even "your" woman for you to take care of her "feelings".
