  2. if a majority of population commit the same crime then it no longer a crime because even the gov can't control it so i bet their gov won't bother to catch these gold diggers or dare to put these female scammers into jail, if they do then i'm sure a huge majority of their female population will end up there and only a few of those who are good at covering up their scams manage to escape.
