  1. No! As City Council you have an obligation to your CITIZENS! Your "employees" are paid public SERVANTS. Whose ehtical and judicial standards must be much higher than it is now. In other words; No more license to kill. You are paid to promote public welfare and security. You are NOT paid by tax dollars to act as their overlords and dictators. If the city council, or any city council can't grasp these terms, and conditions, perhaps the members of the city council should be replaced. Just my two cents.
