Where is the evidence of said property rights, and where is the contract that shows that this farmer have always had these burial grounds as his private property and the native Americans burying their family members there are trespassers? Ever read Benjamin Franklin's account from his stay with the Iroquois? Fascinating reading. And when captured Europeans who grew up with native Americans was retrieved by "Good, God fearing Christians" and tried to "civilize" them, they always tried to run off and rejoin the tribe they have grown accustomed to, Never once did any White European who was taken by the Natives as a kid try to go back to Christian settlements.
