  1. I've been flying all my life. With close family working for an airline, I got to go to USA cheaply many a time as a kid. Was never a fan of PanAm or Eastern Airlines, but these days, travelling within USA, whether it's by car or plane has become a hazard. If I should ever visit USA again, and travel within the country, I'm travelling by bloody train or coach! What's it like living in a pre-dystopian police state?
