  5. Josue Barboza Checked out what the different candidates have raised. Jeb Bush leads by tens of millions on Hillary. Rand Paul has raised a "measly" 13.9 million. Half and half from Super PACs. The rest on small donations. He has also spent more than half of his budget. For being "fiscally conservative", he does spend cash like a drunken sailor. And his #1 issue seems to be pandering to "pro-lifers" as soon as you get into his website. Wonder how he is going to survive to Christmas.
