While your expertise is with the Aztecs, my subject of expertise is with the plains Indians. I've read dozens if not hundreds of accounts from the Great American Indian Wars from 1860-1890. It's a disgusting history. Since I am not American myself, but have studied there as an exchange student in Kansas many years ago (not a single word about the treatment of the Indians, or how tribes like Kickapoo and Sac&Fox ended up in shacks in small areas in the county I lived in while taking Kansas history classes) , I wonder if the schools ever taught students anything about the American Holocaust? So I found books at the school library. And borrowed books that my host family didn't like that I read. So I had to fucking hide my literature as I had to hide my chewing tobacco (snuff) from them.. And they weren't even fundies. Think I just had a flashback from my year in Kansas.

One has worked with republicans against other democrats, and resigned in disgrace as chairwoman of DNC. She also takes money from predatory lenders and think that the drug war is a good idea, claiming that pot leads to heroin addiction. The other used to be a republican and had his rich daddy spit in a million dollar to smear Alan Grayson. Following the republican playbook. Another example of how republican the DNC has become is the blatant elecction fraud, a bias media, and ignoring the voices of the majority of the voters.
