overunder 55 1st Amendment. Gays have as much right to marry each other as Christians have a right to practice their religion. And if one church welcomes same sex marriage, other churches have no right to deny that church to perform such. And if churches want to meddle in public policy, they should pay their taxes as well. And why shouldn't they? Don't they use public utilities and infrastructure as everyone else? Why should religion be used as a nest egg for bigoted hacks with political ambitions?
