  7. Is that why you put more than 700 000 non violent "drug offenders" in prison each year? Does a 18 year old kid deserve all the vitriol you so whole heartily defend? USA have the "3 strikes you`re out" policy. That means in practice that if you get caught with a bag of weed 3 times, you risk life in prison. So I don`t think Americans are in any position to lecture other countries when it comes to the penal system. Did you know that the private prison industry is a huge private businss?

  12. Sorry. But i refuse to take your words at face value, since your bias, and apparent tendencies to dehumanize people often falling victim to the system. You have also proven that you do not know what you are talking about, and that you are a proponent for vengeance and not rehabilitation. It's your system that makes the inmates brutalized, and you are a part of that problem! You should get in a different job if you were any smarter.

  15. People do get tortured in U.S. prisons. Norwegian prisoners do work for their living. But they are not demonized the same way as you do in USA (apparently). And you want to make their existence shit, thinking that would prepare them for a life outside the walls. How well has that worked out for ya?
