  6. So who does this embryo belong to? Whom should have the decision over this embryo? Does this embryo have a conscious of its own? Do people need a government to come between a woman and her embryo? Put it like this. all the sperm that is being spouted out after sex is also life. When you masturbate, you are effectively committing mass murder on potential life. Who made you the owner of your sperm? Should we outlaw jerking off too? There is no such thing as a baby until that embryo is born.
