  1. Harlem or East LA would be typical "no go zones" for a lone KKK member. Mississippi was a "no go zone" for Freedom riders.   An RNC meeting would be a "no go zone" for liberal protesters or nosy journalists who knows how to do their job.  Public parks have now become "no go zones" in cities where Christian conservatives run the show.
