  1. There are 2 things IT employers need to now about IT workers: 1. NEVER drug test your IT geeks. They toke more weed in a week than you'd do in a year. You can't find 2000 IT folks who don't smoke weed. 2. IT companies are a breeding ground for hackers. The way you treat your workers, it's well deserved.
