  1. Gotta love the Orwellian new speak here.... Did you know that Orwell was a Socialist all his life? He was also progressive, and still believed in personal freedom. Which is more than what we can say about Democratic and Republicans who do not have any notion of what freedom is. Dems and Repubs are both corporate puppets (with some utter few exceptions).... Hell! Even Jesse Ventura is Red & black socialistic anarchist in comparrison!

  2. Whom are you talking about "taking other people's money"? Bain Capital? The bloated oil industry? The non tax paying corporations like GE? Pentagon? Don't Pentagon and the other examples have a giant straw right in your wallet? Why bail out Wall Street and not people? Why should the banks get free money to keep while they evict home owners? How is a modern day Democratic Liberal authoritarian, and hwo does this measure up to your fellow Republican whose agenda is not freedom, or jobs, but to impliment a Christian theocracy like Scott Walker is doing in Wisconisin?

  5. All of these are Progressive, Liberal stances. I.E. USA is a Liberal, progressive country to the core. But have a RW MSM to lie to you, and silence liberal voices to make an impression that USA is one step away from a Corporate theocracy where gays are being stoned by the Christian Zealots....

  7. Have any polls on that? Most Americans support Liberal policies: trade unions, universal healthcare, abortion, gay marriage, non-aggression policies, against corporate welfare... All of which GOP is against. I think it's closer to the truth that only 14% of the U.S. population are "proper" CONservatives.

  8. What do you know about Socialism? Many tings are socialized: Pentagon, the Police, the fire dept, your Congress, the army (not Pentagon, which is a wholly owned subsidiary by the arms industry), the school system (with private schooling, only the rich could sen their kids to school)... The oil industry is socialized despite their record profits. Wall St. has been socialized (bailouts), while they keep all their profits. Is conservative liberal, for freedom, or only authoritarian?
