  1. I'd eat 11 hot dogs after swimming a few thousand meters. And why not? Hunger is hunger! And when you grow, well, your metabolism is higher then when you are an adult.

  2. 6 hot dogs? That's nothing! As a kid and a swimmer growing up, I could eat 11 hot dogs after swim practice.

  3. When yoiu grow up and are active in sports, you do have a much higher mentaloblism than grown ups whom are stuffing their faces with processed "food", and are not active. There's no harm in eating until you are full after swimming a few 1000 meters. I didn't get fat. Though I did gain a lot of weight when living on a fram in Kansas for a year at 17. Now, it's only skin and bones left after living in Ireland where the best food they have is Guinness.
