  4. Have there been formally declared war by Congress? If there is a "war" against Al Quaida, what kind of uniforms do they have? How many children that your own troops have murdered have been members of this enemy? Is it progressive to extend the Bush foreign policies, while still slashing your consitution? Is it progtressive to condemn whistle blowers and protect the war criminals? Is it progressive to use fascist methods of the GOP to fight the "war on terror" & get more hatred of the world?
