We have public healthcare, I don't pay a dime for my dental treatment, or the treatment for my chronic tendinitis.. We have almost free college.. We have pensions. We have a safety net that is supposed to work... We have tough regulations on business, yet we still have our billionaires..

  3.  Craig X  It's because the only jobs around are low paying jobs. People has two jobs because they have to pay both rent, and healthcare. Not because they want to save up for a new yacht! Something one of your republican representatives purchased for himself after giving himself a tax break amounting to the price of a yacht. If you think that your wages has increased with inflation, and with the profits that your corporate owners take from your hand every single day, you are a sucker for oligarchs and greedy landlords, you are being stooged. If you think that millenials have better economic foundation today compared to the Boomers, you need to read some statistics and history. If you think you, or any republican knows a damn thing about "the economy" outside of counting numbers at the end of your profit sheet, I have a yuuuge laughter coming your direction. If you still think that cutting government income in the form of tax breaks pays for themselves through "trickle down economy", you might be a republican who needs his head checked. If you think that spending tax dollars on bombs instead of healthcare and education, because the latter is "socialism", you must be a brainwashed republican with misdirected priorities. Hearing republicans talk about the "economy" is like listening to Donnie Draft Dodgers war stories during 'Nam.. Or a "pro-lifer" rant about abortion as he blows up a PP clinic.
