That is an invasion of the PRIVACY of the emp0loyee. See....This is the role of the GOVERNMENT..To protect and defend the rights and liberties of EVERYONE and not just employers who claims "deeply held religious beliefs" when they fire people over sexual orientation. What people do in their private lives is of no business of your boss. It is not the job of the government to protect bigots with money.
