RWers who claim to be for "small government" is in favor of life inprisonment for people who grow the exact same PLANT as Thomas Jefferson & George Washington grew.  Criminalizing people for growin the same plant as your "beloved" Constitution was written on. Here's some numbers, and then you can TRY to explain WHY this man deserves to be inprisoned, and not Big Pharma, Big Alcohol, and Big Tobacco by showing the annual death toll from these legal drugs compared to Marijuana: Alcohol: 1,8 million deaths. Tobacco: 4,9 millioner Pharmaceuticals: 3,9 millioner Cannabis: 0 Not to mention all the deaths directly contributed by Nixons War on drugs, and all the money wasted by government to intrude in ones private lives, and inner freedom. Why should it be illegal to grow a plant some places where it's legal in other places in the same country? I must remind you that the Marijuana prohibition was imposed by the commissioner for alcohol prohibition - Harry Anslinger, a descendant and a puritan racist at heart from Norwegian immigrants who came to the country long after the Constitution was written, and people were obliged to grow hemp themselves. Why do you RWers hate the Constitution and the ideology that your beloved founding fathers praised so much?
