  3. Nothing new there. I was an exchange student in Kansas 26 years ago.. In what was traditionally Native American land. The original people are removed, and the native Americans living there now are removed from their ancestral lands by the Great Lakes. We learned nothing about this in school. All I knew about Native Americans was history I have read before going to the "land of the free"... I'm pretty sure I knew more about Native American history than the teachers. But then again..History has always been eurocentric.
