If it's not the cops job to keep the public safe, then who's going to protect yoy against cops gone wild? Your trope "the guy was a criminal" suggest that he was not protected by the constitution and the cops have license oto kill people they have tackled to the ground and lay on top of. According to you, only cops are allowed to break the law, since you claim that itæs not the cops job to uphold the lsaaw of the land. Which makes me wonder if you just endorse legalized murder and robbbery as lng as the people doing it wears a uniform. Then they are above tha law, and anyone pointing that out are just "anti-cop".
