@christineguttilla6465 Never had a furry family member in my almost 50 years on this planet.hough, my wishes for one or two has never stopped. In Norway, rules for adoption is highly strict. Having a 1 room flat in a 12 floor apt.building has also its limits. Also having traveled much of my life has been an obstacle. Limitied resources, limited space, and all that crap.

@christineguttilla6465 With a tiny apartment, they are very strict with the vetting process in the adoption process Also,until recently,there has been regulations against having larger dog family members in a small environment Besides, stray dogs in Norway are rare.
