  24. Actually, Portugal is not the only country. Noted they have decriminalized all drugs, and offer treatment over punishment. But Holland has had a similar approach for their drug addicts as well as having legal cffeeshops to sell the least harmfull and most medicinal plant legally instead. That's why you don't see any drug addicted in prison, ODs, drug gangs, or drug lords. They give heroin for fre to the patients in Switzerland. And in certain cantons, you can grow your own pot. Uruguay hs legalized weed. Spain has legalized smoker's clubs. I am a member of two in Lanzarote, where I go 2-3 times a year to vist my father. In the Philipines, they chose to treat their addicts the same way as Trump wants to treat immigrants and muslims.
