ISIL is entirely a construct of USA and Britain.  Just like Israel was a construct of USA, Britain, and Russian Zionists, Hamas is a result of the policies of Israel's and the Wests policies.  I mean, if you think that these "jihadists" pop up from a vacuum, you're painfully naive.
