  16. Hartmann is an entrepreneur.  In comparison to Mitt Romney, he didn't have rich friends to borrow him money to buy up struggling companies to loot. Thom Hartmann created his wealth through his wits, not with other people's money. Neither does his wealth rest on the pensions of workers the same way as hedge fund managers do.  And does he speak up on behalf of the economic class he belongs to? I bet he pays more in taxes than a rich politician (whose father was a rich politician) than someone who ships out jobs to another country to enrich himself, and then hide his loot in a Swiss vault.
