When conservative protests goes on, MSM are pushing them as well as being supported by insane politicians and dark money. When liberals protest, the "moderates" sends out sociopathic pigs with helmets, guns and batons to beat the liberals who protests the criminal greed of the donors of both parties. When conservatives protests, RW media calls it patriotic dissent. When liberals protest, they are being labelled as anti-American socialists who abuse their freedom of speech to bash their holy dogma: Capitalism. P.S. You know what corrupts power? Greed. There's a huge difference between liberals and conservatives. Liberals don't base their world view on fear and prejudices. Besides, I was not the one bringing up racism here. That was you. And as far as socialism vs, capitalism goes, no society is pure socialist, or pure capitalist. And the most socialist countries in Europe, Scandinavia is still doing GREAT despite the fact that Norway has gotten a RW government who wants to emulate many GOP policies. That government will not last past 2017. How do I know? I live in Europe. The last 10 years, I have worked in 5 different European countries. And I am Norwegian by birth, with 1 year as an exchange student to Kansas. So, I think I know a little bit more than you how the economies in the different countries are in comparison than you, and the cultural differences between the countries I have lived and worked in. And to be blunt: your country is fucked. And the republicans carry most of the responsibility, and many democrats who were either too spineless or too corrupted to play the partisan card when it was needed. How did that happen? I can take an educated guess that your educational system, as well as blind faith in the "invisible hand of the free market", cheap entertainment, and food that makes your brains shrink, and bodies grow. I can add religion into the equation as well.

Douglas Smith Are USA doing great in comparison to Norway? Sweden? Denmark? Iceland? Finland? Germany? France? Britain? Since when? Put it like this, Greece is fucked. I lived there. Why? Norton Antivirus had setup up shop there due to excellent tax policies, and extremely low wages, even for IT people. USA is screwed, and it was all Neocon, trickle down reaganomics who led you down the drain. All countries directly or indirectly are suffering, are those countries that has emulated the "free market" religion the closest. Another example is Ireland. I have lived there too. Three years in Belfast, which has UK based policies, and two years in Ireland, where you pay little or no taxes, and have a disastrous welfare state. Those two countries are the ones struggling the most. It's the RW policies that led to this trend. And social unrest is the result. Old prejudices come up to the surface, and the people are blaming each other rather than look at what really caused this mess. ...

Currency have little to do with the overall quality of system your living under in this case How about coughing up some real numbers and facts that USA is better than UK in ever sense. Both economically and socially as well as educational, and health wise. I'm dying to see you prove that your beloved Bush made USA a better place to live for not only the rich, but also the poor. I would love to see some numbers on how your "freemarket" system are superior to that of UK, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Denmark and Finland. I beg you. Show us your superiority. P.S. Douglas Smith Reagan did support both Mujahideen and Taliban in the area. He also sold weapons to Saddam so he could kill Iranians and Kurds more effectively. Saddam also received US intelligence about Iranian troops. He was betting against the guy he once made dirty dealings with to win an election, and now went to war against the people he just armed.
