But I was also thinking in the lines of the years of bombings in Iraq, and the blockade that denied the Iraqi people cleaning systems for their water reservoirs, making millions of people sick and a half a million people died. Many of them kids. Why aren't entire administrations from the Nixon era until today behind bars? (With the exception of Carter)
