Well it's obvious that you as a worker consider yourself as the property of your employer with no right to freely associate..because your corporate plantation owner's 'rights' has been violated. And in case you are just another spoilt hedge fund brat who think your right as a hegde fund brat is protected while your employees are only there to make you richer, you need to be reminded that workers have a right to unionize. After all, they are the reasaon why you can afford a yacht. Something they can't afford. Because according to you, it's your way, or the highway.-

@jpl5762 I'm sure you think you can speak on behalf of the native owners of the land who was invaded and illegally occupied by your ancestors while bringing in enslave peoples from Africa. And now, you speak on behalf of the modern day slave state. Where your own Scotus made it legal for your corporations to enslave and murder people worldwide. I am pretty sure that the natives in North Dakota never welcomed the KeystoneXL pipeline or DAPL on their property. And just because you think you own your wage slave workers' time doesn't mean you have the right to control their minds or who theiy associate with. And unions have all rights to be on "your" property as long as they speak on behalf of the iinterests or the workers who makes it possible for you to be a lazy ass. You don't get the right to exploit your workers like expendable tools.
