  2. TheStrategyBro The only major issue I have with FDR is that he signed the insane "Marihuana Tax Act" after pressure from Garry Anslinger only a few years after he ended the last prohibition. I cringe at the notion that he could do such an incredibly stupid thing only 3 years after he did something sensible. Other than that, you may be sadly right. At least the Republicans haven't had a single legit president since Eisenhower. Carter was an honest broker. And is highly underestimated in my eyes. The American public chose a B actor who managed to unite the "moral majority" with big business, and an Orwellian relationship with personal freedom...who committed treason to win an election by the way.
